Fabric is a blend of silk and cotton, kind of a voile. So light and airy. The silk threads sparkle in the right light. Colors are all the beautiful jewel tone colors of flowers. Bodice is cut with a dropped waist or maybe a bit of a blouson. Wide set shoulders are gathered and ruched to create a cowl neckline in front
