Covered elastic waist with cotton and organza ruffled skirt. You can see from the photos there is a lot of volume to this crini. Label is Fashion Magic by Genie and there is a washing instruction tag along with a number 19. Excellent condition. Elastic waist runs 30 36 inches. Skirt length is 21 inches.
