True, she's a little expensive, at six mana, but for that you get an immediate boardwipe that benefits you far more than your opponents

Enchantment themed decks with cost reduction or just decks that ramp pretty fast can drop Virtue of Strength in time for it to be relevant in a more casual Commander game
This Commander costs seven mana and is just a 2/2, but you probably won't ever spend that much to cast him
