There isnt any benefit to moving a character to a location if neither has abilities that give them some type of effect

Getting this card out as early as turn 2 is possible in the right deck, and that'll definitely turn the heads on the play table when you successfully do that

If you're worried about losing a somewhat more vulnerable source for doubling your tokens, don't worry

That said, this commander wont do much else for you so this card may be better off in the 99 of a Sythis, Harvest's Hand deck
