The problem is the number of other six-drops that seem good in the deck, like Nissas Renewal, Greenwarder of Murasa, and Conduit of Ruin

The only reason this sees play is that there are lots of cards that make playing artifacts much easier, Mishra's Workshop for one but in fairer formats there are still plenty such things
