This Heritage Barley Release, made with unpeated Golden Promise barley, highlights the distillerys commitment to flavour and traditional raw materials. Distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025 from bourbon barrels, this release is bottled at a bold 59. 2% abv. Expect aromas of milk chocolate buscuits, lime cordial, apricot jam and a whiff of long grass. The palate
